All Iowa Homes, Inc. headquartered in Boone has initiated construction on two homes in the community of Ogden. These homes will feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms, attached garages, and either finished or unfinished basements. The square footage on the homes range from 1,360 –2000 square feet.
All Iowa Homes builds homes starting at $265,000 and up with a variety of styles and sizes. The City of Ogden also has 5 years of tax abatement incentives available. The City of Ogden has partnered with the local economic development group, Ogden Legacy to put a focus on the development of new housing in their community. Matt VanSickle, Chairperson of the Ogden Housing Taskforce explains, “We want to grow our population; it is good for the City of Ogden, our school district, and local businesses. We are pleased that All Iowa Homes has made an investment in Ogden with the construction of two speculative homes in Ogden.”
